GETTING STARTED
Your NDIS Plan
An NDIS Plan includes the information you provide to your Local Area Coordinator (LAC), ECEI Partner (Early Childhood Early Intervention) or NDIS Planner (Delegate), as well as details of the different types of assistance needed for you to achieve your desired outcomes.
It will also outline how much funding has been allocated to each area of the plan.
If you don’t yet have an NDIS Plan, the best place to start is the NDIS website.
If you want to change your NDIS Plan then you will need to request a new Plan with NDIS.
The NDIS will cover a range of services, depending on your individual needs, the outcomes you wish to achieve, and whether they see the service as “reasonable and necessary”.
These services could include things like therapeutic supports, assistance with daily life, transport, accommodation, employment and the community.
If you need help with translating into your native language to understand your Plan or the services provided to you, we can help you to access the National Translating and Interpretive Service which is provided by the Australian Government.

We use a custom system, Entiprius Plan Management, specifically designed to ensure your invoice processing and payment to Plan Managers is compliant in accordance with our registration obligations.
Participants and Support Coordinators both have access to Web, Android and iOS platforms.
